This request must be received at least 30 days prior to the event. The event can be set up as either a "meeting" or a "webinar." If you would like to have more interaction between participants and/or it's a smaller group, a meeting is suggested (e.g. a bingo night). If you would like to have more of a presentation format with more control over participation, a webinar is suggested (e.g. presenter on the benefits and challenges of working virtually).* We would like a Zoom meeting link. You can use your personal email or have RSVPs sent to the Office of Advancement at bulldogforever@truman.edu.* RSVP phone This phone number will be included in the all event communication. You can use a personal phone number or the Office of Advancement phone number at (660) 785-4133.* Event supplies needed from the Office of Advancement If your alumni group needs any supplies, please list. How would you like to receive the supplies? (Local pick-up, shipped to an address, etc.) Event Coordinator Indicate the name of the person planning the event for the alumni group.* Event coordinator email address This email will serve as your contact email and will only be used by the Advancement Office. * Please submit your list of attendees to the Alumni Relations team within 48 hours of the conclusion of your event at bulldogforever@truman.edu. We will use this list to send out the post-event survey in a timely manner. Example 2: All Truman alumni living in the Kansas City area who graduated in the last 5 years or who graduated with a Business Degree. * Image/Logo Upload: You can include an image or picture to be used on event communication. You must provide us with written permission before we can use a company's logo or trademark.
