• Transcripts聽 from all colleges and universities from which you earned college credit, including high school dual credit (submitted/uploaded through CSDCAS)
• CMDS Fellowship application (optional – available on the “Questions” tab in CSDCAS application)

Deadlines

Applications for acceptance into the Master of Arts in Communication Disorders program are due on the following dates:

• Fall: June 1 (Priority Deadline: Feb. 15)
• Spring: Nov. 1 (Priority Deadline: Sept. 15)
