Requirements and Application Information

Eligible students must apply to be part of the Community, Worksite, Public Health Concentration

To be eligible for acceptance for the CWPH concentration, a student must meet the following requirements:

  • 75 credit hours
  • overall GPA of 2.5 or higher
  • completion of (with a grade of C or better) HLTH 255, HLTH 270, HLTH 290, and STAT 190

The Writing Enhanced (WE) course requirements are met by completing HLTH 320 (as an elective in the major or another WE course in any area), HLTH 349, and JINS 3XX.
