The flexibility of the Liberal Studies Major lets you build an individualized program of study and graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in your chosen area of focus.

Upon attaining at least 60 credit hours of undergraduate coursework and completing a minimum of 3 semesters of coursework at Truman (excluding summers), you can pursue a less-structured program of learning on a specific topic of interest. With some core degree requirements offered online, this degree facilitates timely completion of degrees started on-ground at Truman and prepares you for entry into a productive and fulfilling career.
