Lisa Marty headshot Lisa (Buckley) Marty (’10)

Lisa (Buckley) Marty earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing and minors in economics and international studies from Truman in 2010. As a student, she was most actively involved in the American Marketing Association, Alpha Kappa Psi and the First-Year Activities Coordinating Team (FACT). Immediately after graduation, Lisa spent a year living and teaching English and business abroad in Nanjing, China. She earned her Master of Science in Information Systems and a Graduate Certificate in Business Intelligence in 2018 from University of Missouri – St. Louis.

Lisa has spent the last 11 years at Boeing in Supply Chain. She has held roles in procurement, new business integration, and planning. Her current role is as the F-15 Supply Planning Strategist for managed-outcome sustainment contracts.

Lisa has been a member of the St. Louis alumni chapter since 2013 and has served as both vice president and president. In her time on the executive board, she helped coordinate events and membership drives, organize service projects, manage the chapter scholarship for incoming students and coordinate the annual new-student send-off event.  She served on the National Alumni Association Board of Directors from 2019 until 2025 where she worked with other key alumni chapter representatives and the University to aid chapter development and alumni engagement.

Lisa is married to fellow Truman graduate, John Marty. They have three young children and live in West County, St. Louis where they are both still active in the St. Louis Alumni Chapter.
